Author Guidelines

The abstract must be in English and it must be written in .doc or .docx format. The abstract must be between 250-300 words indicating the purpose/significance, the methods, the findings and the conclusions of the research. Complete sentences, active verbs, and the third person should be used. Accepted abstracts will be reproduced exactly as submitted in the Book of Abstracts. Any author who is not fluent in English is encouraged to have their manuscript checked and edited by a native English speaker. The reviewing process does not include the correction of grammatical errors. All abstracts must be submitted using the submission form. Abstract title, author name, affiliation, and keywords should be included appropriately. We will send you an email notification of acceptance or rejection, between 7-10 days of receiving your abstract.
